Who handles your data

The data controller is LikeHome srl, Via Guicciardini 2/2, 31049 Valdobbiadene (TV), Italy, VAT IT12139660968. For any question about your data, write to valdobbiadene@likehomemanagement.it.

What we collect and why

“Write to us” form: name, email, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if a collaboration follows, to manage it. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).

“Notify me at launch” form: your email and, if you tell us, how you are interested in the Valdobbiadene line. We use them only to send you one notice when the shop opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Browsing data: like any website, the server records some technical information about visits for operational and security reasons, such as IP address, date and page requested. We do not use it to profile you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How we handle it

Form messages reach us by email. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone, and we do not use it for newsletters or advertising.

The site and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and to manage any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than the law requires.

The email left for the launch notice is kept until the notice is sent, then deleted.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to object to processing or to receive it in a readable format, and you can withdraw your consent. Just write to valdobbiadene@likehomemanagement.it. If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies: no profiling, analytics or technical cookies. We use no analytics tools or third-party content that sets cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. That is why we do not ask for consent with a banner.
