The apps we need, we build ourselves.
We don’t design apps for clients. When our properties or our merchandise need a tool that doesn’t exist, we build it, use it every day and then share it, so it improves everyone’s work.

Our team uses them every day. Everyone sees in real time what has been done and what is left to do, quickly and without wasting time.
Breakfast
Tables, covers and morning lunch boxes: who has had breakfast, which rooms to seat together, who leaves before the buffet opens. Each guest’s requests, needs and food intolerances are noted, and birthdays too.
Maintenance
Jobs to be done, assigned to each professional: electricians, plumbers, handymen, window and door fitters. Each one gets their own summary sheet, shared straight from the app.
Housekeeping
Rooms to do and rooms ready. It is also where staff report maintenance jobs and the linen they change, totalled for the laundry, and stay in direct touch with the front desk for messages and updates.
Attendance
The team’s attendance, with daily and monthly reports protected by a password. You can always see in real time who is on duty. Access is managed from a single workstation, but it can be shared.
Restaurant
Evening orders at Ristorante V, taken at the table from a phone, wine list included. The menu updates in real time with the day’s specials and any particular changes.

Do you design apps for other companies?
No, it is not a service we sell. Our apps are made to run our properties and merchandise better; when they work, we share them so they can help others too.
Is the merchandise made to order for clients?
No, it is our own initiative: we design and produce the Valdobbiadene line ourselves. Hotels and shops can write to us about reselling it.
